HUSH or Hybrid Utility for Strained Heterostructures is a highly efficient computational tool for the minimization of the strain energy of heterostructures in a continuum elasticity frame. The current implementation is for conventional zinc-blende and wurtzite orientations, as well as [111]-oriented zinc-blende systems.

The code is still under development and a released version of the same is not yet available.

More information will follow once the details of the code have been published in a peer reviewed journal.
